At CV Quality Builders Inc., we’re more than licensed contractors — we’re a father-and-son team with deep South Florida roots, hands-on construction expertise, and a commitment to delivering quality work across general construction. Founded and operated by Carlos Vegas Sr. and Carlos Vegas Jr., our company is built on decades of combined experience in construction and HVAC.

Carlos Sr., a mechanical engineer since 1983, holds licenses as a General Contractor and HVAC Contractor. He oversees estimating, finances, and product management — ensuring every project begins with the right plan and the right materials.

Carlos Jr. leads operations in the field, working directly with our crews to ensure every job is completed with precision. With experience as a superintendent and construction manager, he has overseen residential remodels, commercial builds, schools, fire stations, and even high-rise projects over 40 stories tall. His boots-on-the-ground leadership keeps our work rooted in quality and craftsmanship.

Our journey started with years of real estate investing, which taught us one principle that guides us to this day: treat every property like it’s your own.
