The terms that apply to our website and estimate requests. Last updated: October 17, 2026.
Welcome to CV Quality Builders Inc. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the estimate requests you send through it. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy. By using this website or submitting a form, you agree to these terms.
CV Quality Builders is a family-owned Florida construction company. We offer general construction, new construction, renovations, roofing and air conditioning services in South Florida. Florida law requires contractors to hold the proper state or local license for the work they perform. You can verify any Florida contractor license at myfloridalicense.com. Our Florida contractor license numbers are CCC1334683, CCC1335815 and CGC1534207. They are also included in our written estimates and contracts.
Free estimates are an invitation to discuss your project. They are not an offer or a contract. A price becomes binding only when you and CV Quality Builders sign a written contract that describes the scope of work, the price, the payment schedule and the expected timeline. Prices in an estimate may change if site conditions, material costs, permit requirements or the scope of work change.
All work is performed under a written contract. Work is carried out in line with the Florida Building Code and the requirements of the local building department, including the High-Velocity Hurricane Zone rules that apply in Miami-Dade and Broward counties. Where a permit is required, the contract will say who obtains it. Homeowners are responsible for providing accurate property information and for any homeowners association approvals that their property requires.
Payment terms are set in your written contract. We may refer you to third-party financing programs, such as property-assessed clean energy programs. We do not make loans. Financing is provided by independent companies, is subject to their approval and terms, and is a separate agreement between you and the lender.
Under Chapter 713 of the Florida Statutes, anyone who provides labor, services or materials for improvements to your property and is not paid may have the right to file a claim of lien against the property, even if you have paid your contractor in full. We provide the notices and lien releases that Florida law requires, and we recommend that you keep copies of all payment records.
Payment may be available from the Florida Homeowners’ Construction Recovery Fund if you lose money on a project performed under contract, where the loss results from specified violations of Florida law by a licensed contractor. For information about the Recovery Fund and filing a claim, contact the Florida Construction Industry Licensing Board through the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation. Our written contracts contain the full statutory notice.
If you sign a contract at your home or somewhere other than our place of business, Florida’s home solicitation sale law (Sections 501.021 to 501.055, Florida Statutes) and federal rules may give you the right to cancel within three business days. The cancellation notice will be included with your contract. Special rules may apply to emergency repairs and to work on a property damaged by a declared disaster.
Our workmanship and materials warranties are stated in your written contract. Manufacturer warranties on products such as roofing materials, windows, doors and air conditioning equipment are provided by the manufacturer. Warranties do not cover damage from misuse, lack of maintenance, storms or other events outside our control, or work done by others.
If you believe our work has a defect, please call or write to us first so we can inspect and correct it. Chapter 558 of the Florida Statutes requires a written notice of claim and an opportunity to inspect and offer to repair before a lawsuit for a construction defect can be filed.
